13 the Seance is presented in the Stanley Hotel Seance Chamber located in the main hotel building.

Check in for all seances takes place at our desk in the main hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your seance.

All ticket sales are final.

All seances start promptly and on time. Late arrivals will not be admitted, refunded or rescheduled.

Attendance of a seance requires a sober mind. Any persons deemed too intoxicated to attend will not be admitted, refunded or rescheduled.

The seance experience is age restricted to those 16 and older.

13: THE SEANCE AT THE STANLEY IS PRESENTED IN THE MAIN HOTEL BUILDING.

ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK IN AT THE DESK LOCATED IN THE MAIN HOTEL LOBBY 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED SEANCE.

1) ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR RESCHEDULES FOR MISSED PERFORMANCES WILL BE PROVIDED.

2) NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCOMODATED. SHOWS START PROMPTLY AND ON TIME. PATRONS WHO DO NOT ARRIVE PRIOR TO THE SHOW START WILL NOT BE ADMITTED ONCE THE SHOW BEGINS. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL GUESTS TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR DESIGNATED SHOW START TIME.

3) ALL SEANCES RUN 60 MINUTES IN DURATION WITHOUT INTERMISSION. SHOULD PATRONS LEAVE THE SEANCE CHAMBER DURING THE PERFORMANCE, NO RE-ENTRY WILL BE PROVIDED.

4) THIS PRESENTATION IS A THEATRICAL EXPERIENCE THAT FEATURES THE HISTORIC HAUNTINGS AND HISTORY OF THE STANLEY HOTEL. NO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THE DEPARTED OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE MADE AT ANY TIME IN THE PERFORMANCE.

5) ATTENDANCE TO THIS EXPERIENCE REQUIRES A SOBER MIND. ANY GUEST WHO ARRIVES FOR A PRESENTATION IN AN INTOXICATED STATE WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. WE RETAIN AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY WITHOUT REFUND TO ANY PERSONS WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED POTENTIALLY DISRUPTIVE TO THE EXPERIENCE.

6) THIS EXPERIENCE IS AGE RESTRICTED TO THOSE OVER THE AGE OF 16.

7) No food or beverage is permitted inside of the Seance Chamber.
