Single barrels or special bottles, the Vault is a collection of The Stanley’s other spirits (ONLY available here at the hotel).
Most of these selections are 1 of less than 200 bottles in existence.
The Vault offers private, curated tastings exploring a little whiskey history, classifications (What’s bourbon?), and the best way to enjoy it (however you like). Tastings include four pours from our single barrel selections at the time. They change weekly, so the selections are not set in stone. We cover a variety of styles of whisk(e)y including Irish, Bourbon, Rye, Single Malt and some unique cask finishes depending on what we have available.
Tastings accommodate all levels of spirits enthusiasts and last roughly 45-55 minutes. 

Ages 21+ ONLY. Valid ID is required. No refunds for forgotten IDS or missing your allotted time. We are happy to reschedule if done three of more days in advance.
